Quickstep not activating

Since midweek gameplay has become unplayable nothing has changed my end.

And I know it's server issue as quickstep play style is barely registering I play with icons above my end.. and so often it's not activating, game is registering my sprint but not the playstyle.

So my players are sprinting like they don't have the playstyle and it's getting mega frustrating 

Off the ball is ok, but with the ball it fails to register more than 50% of the time.

Anyone else noticing this in bad gameplay?
