Raytracing error

Hey, first time post and just looking for some help, I bought the game two days ago and the first day it ran smooth with no issues, I’m on PC and yesterday I went online and I kept getting this error message. 

Trying to enable RTAO without ray tracing enabled. No raytracing hardware detected. You may not have the correct driver. 

any help is appreciated.

    In case you need to reset your settings manually, you can delete the folder from  C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

    Please follow the steps previously outlined in this thread and test different settings configurations. Navigate to the Screen Settings and adjust the raytracing option to automatic.

    I still can't play, I paid for the ultimate version for nothing because I haven't played for more than a week now. EA takes our money and doesn't even have customer support.

    Hey, 

    I did an Nvidia update yesterday, but I had the problem before. When I start the game it says no ray tracing hardware detected. I tried the settings, but the game flickers and I can't get into Ultimate Team mode before it goes black. I've already tried downloading a different driver version, but unfortunately that doesn't work. I also tried resetting the graphics settings on Nvidia. Is there another option or way to manually disable ray tracing?
