after hours of troubleshooting, i figured out something. I deleted any saved data that was on my PS5. Keep in mind this is different than just deleting the game, this is saved information and some times saved to the cloud. It worked after I did that. Each console is different.
Does this delete all of the content and things I achieved and earned during my trial period of the game? I am having this issue but don’t want to lose any progress

No luckily is does not and as soon as the servers are stable and you login you still have your progress that you build up in that time including the players. have fun out there!
