Thank you for your continued reports and time stamp info!

We've heard back from the investigation now, and it seems to have been resolved. Please let us know if you still experience disconnects or very high latency delays. Thanks!

    I can't check as at work but will there be any compensation in losing out on the WL? I went 0-5, winning them all but disconnects.  Costing rewards.

    Reset my console and had no issues and got in to a game straight away so may be working 

  • Yes seems to be working now but just 1 question will we be compensated for the loss of rewards

    I’m with EE and on ps5 and can confirm I’ve been playing for the last hour and no issues so looks like it’s fixed. I also reset my router and power cycled ps5 when I heard it had been fixed just to be on safe side and so far so good 👍🥳

    can you also look on thread about stutters after last update? 🙂

  • EE user here the issue is fixed for me. I've been able to play since 1 am yesterday with zero issues.

    @xOlas72 Yes, we are also still investigating the general stutters and performance issues since the last Title Update #5.
  • Seems to be better for me now on PS5 (ID: Winteria) l. Played for the last 2 hours without any buffering/connection issues but I did get a game error in my first Squad Battles game, which fortunately was the one you can replay so I didn't lose out of any points. 

  • I didn't do anything, it fixed itself, so I suppose the support that EA and BT did worked. I managed to play 10 rivals games last night event free. 

  • Still experiencing constant disconnects and have been for the past 2 weeks litre cannot play the game

  • @EA_Vendcera i see that some are saying they aren’t having this issue anymore but I seem to still have it and have had the issue the past 3-4 weeks and have spent a lot of money on the game,  I really want to play but because of this issue I cannot, I have fibre optic BT and I use a tplink with an Ethernet which is plugged into my PlayStation. 

    All other games on ps5 and pc are working completely fine and have done never had internet issues for me expect ea fc25 so im guessing you are still having issues with your servers between bt/ee networks would like to know why its still happening and when its getting fixed as have spent hundreds on the game this year.

    this crap has been goin on since this game was released ....cant play at 100% due to the lag/delay ...feels like my pro player in proclubs  is running in mud/ reaction time is beyond terrible!! ive done everything i can think of and its still garbage!!!!

    im on PC running an i9-14900k , 4090 strix oc  ......plugged into my modem which is 2 feet away. gigabyte speeds..

  • Wanted to jump on this thread. I have had the same issues since last week. All other online modes on fc25 work but I can't connect to ultimate team. Is there a fix for this? I've tried the usual deleting squads, changing DNS settings opening ports etc but still not working. My ISP is YOUFIBRE. All other online games etc are working and also connected to the EA servers just cant access ultimate team. Keep getting the se error "connecting to ultimate team is not possible" anyone else with YOUFIBRE having this issue?
