Re: Don’t have necessary permissions to advance

I have got the same problem... Support guy from ea told me that the are working On it but its 4 day and i still cant play.

    This was happening for me (PS5), I had the trial and then got the full game which likely caused the issue. Press start on the FC25 logo and then "Restore License", seems to work after that.

    It’s the day before the release and it’s insane how this issue has not been fixed. Still can’t get into my pre order. I had to do some cheat code-like fix with my Xbox to just play the trial version. Now it won’t even let me do that. Bought the game as soon as pre order was available. This is crazy

    • What region are you in? Romania
    • Which version of FC 25 do you own? Standard
    • Did you purchase FC25 from the PSN Store or another retailer? I got a code from an EA employee
    • Do you have an active PSPlus or EA Play subscription? Yes , Ps Plus
