@FrankCarls Thank you. So the PC came up with multiple errors. Below is a copy and paste of the main errors it gave, and steps we suggest to help resolve them.
1. RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64:
- This error is associated with memory leaks detected by the Windows Resource Exhaustion Detection and Resolution (RADAR) tool.
- Applications listed include explorer.exe
,cs2.exe
,EADesktop.exe
,Albion-Online.exe
, andFC25.exe
.
- Solution: Ensure that your software is updated to the latest version. You may also want to monitor memory usage and consider closing unnecessary applications to free up resources. 2. APPCRASH:
- This error occurred with NefariusVirtualPadDriverService.exe
, indicating an application crash.
- Solution: Verify that the application is compatible with your system and check for any available updates. Reinstalling the application may help resolve the issue. 3. AppxDeploymentFailureBlue:
- This error is related to app deployment failures, often due to issues with the Windows Store or app installations.
- Solution: Try running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter from the Settings app under "Update & Security" -> "Troubleshoot." Additionally, ensure that your Windows is fully updated. - Run the System File Checker tool
- Check for Windows Updates
- Check for GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings

Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Optional Registry clean-up
- install CCleaner (it's free) from here
- Run Registry cleaner
- Click review selected issues
- Do you want to back up? No
- Click Fix all selected issues
Optional testing once the PC is cleaned and fully updated
Put your device in a Clean Boot, then launch the game
Try the Game in different Compatibility settings
Try Safe Mode with Networking
Try a new Windows Account
Change UAC Controls within Windows (change back once tested)
Remove any over-clocking or undervolt settings or software
