Re: EA FC 25 crashes when open FUT [PC]

@FrankCarls Can you attach a DxDiag for me? We gotta see the errors Windows shows. There's quite a few of these types of reports and not all are the same reasons from what we see.

@FrankCarls Thank you. So the PC came up with multiple errors. Below is a copy and paste of the main errors it gave, and steps we suggest to help resolve them.

    1. RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64:
      - This error is associated with memory leaks detected by the Windows Resource Exhaustion Detection and Resolution (RADAR) tool.
      - Applications listed include explorer.execs2.exeEADesktop.exeAlbion-Online.exe, and FC25.exe.
      - Solution: Ensure that your software is updated to the latest version. You may also want to monitor memory usage and consider closing unnecessary applications to free up resources.

    2. APPCRASH:

      - This error occurred with NefariusVirtualPadDriverService.exe, indicating an application crash.
      - Solution: Verify that the application is compatible with your system and check for any available updates. Reinstalling the application may help resolve the issue.

    3. AppxDeploymentFailureBlue:

      - This error is related to app deployment failures, often due to issues with the Windows Store or app installations.
      - Solution: Try running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter from the Settings app under "Update & Security" -> "Troubleshoot." Additionally, ensure that your Windows is fully updated.

    Delete Windows Temp Files

    • First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
    • Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
    • Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
    • Delete everything it allows you to delete
    • Reboot the PC

    Optional Registry clean-up

    • install CCleaner (it's free) from here
    • Run Registry cleaner
    • Click review selected issues
    • Do you want to back up? No
    • Click Fix all selected issues

Optional testing once the PC is cleaned and fully updated

Put your device in a Clean Boot, then launch the game

Try the Game in different Compatibility settings

    Try Safe Mode with Networking

    Try a new Windows Account

Change UAC Controls within Windows (change back once tested)

Remove any over-clocking or undervolt settings or software
