Hello, i have the same problem, buy the game in amazon and after redeem, nothing in my library.

I tried to reinstall ea app, after discussion with Ea. But nothing ...

@EA_cuervo I'm getting the same problem and I also got the code from EA Digital Codes as I was contributing to the EA FC 25 as a Data Editor 

I'm having the same issue, EA support agent was unfortunately unable to help.

Any movement on that issue @EA_cuervo ?

I'm having the exact same problem with a code gotten through the same means and redeemed via Steam.

Thanks for reporting this. We have raised this with our team and it's currently under investigation. 

Same issue after purchase from Amazon. was told to wait 24hrs as a known issue.  Not great when you just bought the game to play today/tomorrow ☹️

I also have this issue and have spoke to both a community manager and EA Help/Support live chat with no solution currently being provided. People who paid $100 to play starting today are losing what they paid for by the minute.

This needs to be fixed. Like now.

i feel physically violated by EA for purchasing a £90 game to play early and not receive my goods  The please wait 24hrs is not a good enough reply.  If i knew this would be a problem i could of just bought the standard version and waited a week.  Shame on EA!

Yeh same issue here. Entered code just now and everything appeared to work then nothing. Logged in and out reset pc etc standard stuff then thought this isn't right and checked the forums.

Of course it's a known issue.

Just adding my weight to the argument. Who tests infrastructure now? I'm guessing no one... from my experience I wasn't aware of anyone who actually did stress testing on the app infrastructure back when I was at EA. Although it was Origin we were testing back then.

In all seriousness I hope you can resolve this issue quickly my son is most upset he can't play today.

Quite similar here. Got a code (for Steam) for being a partner of EA.

However, it says that I cannot start even though it shows that I got Ultimate Edition.

My issue got solved by my Community Manager who provided me a new code. Now, I have the EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition in my EA App and can download it/play it

Ive been waiting 7 hours for a reply, wasted 3 hours on the online chat, tried to get a refund from Amazon and nothing.
