Re: EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - 10 Hour Trial Expired
Hi I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I have pre-ordered FC25 Standard edition. My Xbox and EA Accounts are linked since I have played FC24 as well. I wanted to use the 10 day trial as well for FC25, but even without playing a single minute it shows that the 10 hour trial has expired. I have the companion app on phone and I have the game on my Xbox but I cannot start playing it. This is extremely horrible I would like my money back, this is not what I signed-up for. I have tried to re-install the game twice and it still does not allow me the 10 hour trial. Why when I paid in full and have all the correct accounts linked be denied the access. The game is not worth this much pain and suffering. I want to see if you can fix this or refund me, my email is [edit: email address removed] and gamertag: GoalGappa. Please fix this, I highly regret my purchase. This is awful.
