Same issue here.
Since I cannot open the player Pick, I cannot open other packs and now have no enough players for the SBC challenge.
I got TOTW in the preview pack but I cannot buy it due to this bug.

I did yesterday marques match up sbc, player pick from there is not opening. I did sbc on ps5, cant open pick at ps5. Cant do it companion app. I cant open it at web app. All the packs i have can not be opened before this is fixed???
I have used actual money for this game way too much to have issues like this all the time. Gameplay is random, menu structure is glicthing, grapfics glitches there is so many issues all the time.
How come you guys are happy at ea to get so bad game out every year?? This game have been fun only 25% of time im playing it. Feels like you need to start to respect ypur workers and give them change to actually make good games rather than annual updates.
So annoyed of patching releases menthality.. you are fixing games lile this ea fc whole year.
Can anyone confirm if this problem is on any platform or only on the web or mobile app?

its still an issue on web app, it managed to work on PS5 this morning, but still an issue on web app!!!!! RIDICULOUS
Maybe we should try to write to fc fanpage on tiktok, Facebook ig and streamers to make pressure on EA? Its insane what happend this year not only with this bug.

C'mon EA seriously it's been a week since this was reported. I haven't been able to open since Wednesday and I'm currently working away from my PC and console. So my one little relaxing thing to open a few packs before bed after working all night after spending real money to buy the game and some points with it and I can't even open packs without being at home.
It's ridiculous, I understand it's a relatively minor problem but you haven't fixed anything about the game really since release. My game still crashes on PC when I open rewards

They dont care more than 300 people have same issue at least those that bothered to write here which means it is much more than that and over one week EA dont do a thing about it and it is ot first or the last time by EA doing nothing about in game bugs
They want people to login into console again, probably to make them play games. No way on earth such a small issue takes 8 days to fix
