Re: Error with pick in Web App

I purchased a centurion pack which includes a 1 of 3 player pick centurion loan, I can't redeem the player pick on either the web app on my pc, nor on my phone. Because of this, I can't open or purchase any other packs as well. This is such a dumb issue and it's really frustrating. I don't get why we can't just open other packs if we have a player picks it's such a dumb concept.
