Re: FC 25 controller wrong input game. Just only happen in fc 25

@kristyanvasilev Hi man, I did fix it for me, but as I saw there are a lot of different bugs and different fixes depending on what controller do you have (generic, PS or something else)... mine is generic controller (Logitech Rumblepad 2) and I fix the bug with XOutput emulator:

You can find installation for XOutput from https://github.com/csutorasa/XOutput if that is what you need.

Install that program and configure all buttons manually on your controller (it doesn't map them automatically).
After then you will play the game with correct mapping of buttons... No need to go over steam this time, just directly over EADesktop and that's it.

That was fix for mine generic controller, but as I wrote, different controllers all kind of different bugs... that's why you have to be more specific and look for the fix that is happening to you when you search on net.

Hi man i will try out this method my controller is for ps5 and i have purchased the game directly from steam market on 7 august at ultimate edition

01/10) Update On Controller Issues:

We released Title Update #2 today to address this issue.

Please note that Steam Input now needs to be enabled before launching EA SPORTS FC 25 to have it work as intended.

I have the same problem, I've tried EVERYTHING you can imagine and nothing works for me. I have an 8BitDo controller, licensed by Xbox, can anyone help me?

Bro.. i am using logitech f710.
buying the game on steam and it is not working for me. can you specific the detail for the logotech user (do we still need disable steam input ect). thank you

Same problem, mapping is all wrong. Tried everything I found on the internet and nothing works. The probleb is only with fc25, all other games work ok. At this point I am thinking of asking for a refund.

Yep, I’ve had enough now. Must have spent 20 hours trying out all the tips / hints. Steam big screen, steam input enabled or disabled, overlay enabled or disabled etc etc.
Bought a wired PowerA XBOX controller which works in most modes but not Rivals. Absolute joke. The fact the game was released in this state shows the utter disdain with which they view their customers.
I strongly suggest people on here just request a refund. If EA see they’re losing £100ks in lost sales maybe they’ll finally get off their arses and sort it.

I’m also reporting them to UK Trading Standards - it should be made very clear at the point of purchase that most controllers will not work on their games.
