Re: FC 25 Draft Disconnect

I have been playing draft this morning. I had a squad already set up from last week with 1 win. I was losing the second game 1-0, when my opponent queued a pause. Before the pause came in, I scored a goal that was then ruled offside. I immediately pressed LB+RB to skip the celebration, and the game carried on, ignoring my opponents pause. His players stood still for about 5 seconds before I got disconnected from the game, and then was met with the message 'Your match is currently under review' (which is a bug that has gone unaddressed by these indie devs for years) and was handed a loss. I then bought more FC points, and made another draft. I went into the first game, and won comfortably, with my opponent rage-quitting at 5-0. In the second game, I was 2-0 up when I got suddenly disconnected, and again saw the good old 'Your match is currently under review' bug (if they don't want to fix it they should just change the text to 'due to a problem with our ability to make a game that works, you have been randomly handed a loss for this game'). I then created another draft, and was handed 'your match is currently under review' loss at 00:00 before even seeing the players lined up on the pitch.
I then came to the website, and have seen that the only way to be reimbursed for this is to use the draft token tool, which determined I was not entitled to a draft token. What's my next option? Small claims court?
