No it didn't help, it's still same,For 5 minutes i find smoothest game,After that lag starts continuously

Sounds like thermal throttling, please check the temp of your cpu is not raising close to 70 degrees after 5 mins. If so, buy a better fan.

@gnappo78 @Bro it is the game not our PC, I can play cyberpunk at Max fps with no stutter. Ea should fix this. $100 for a game that stutters during cutscenes, corner, replay … is just a scam at this point

FPS games or similar use mainly graphic card, not much CPU. Soccer games use CPU mainly. That makes a huge difference on your setup. You will get no fix for this.

Can you please help me? I do not know what to do. Like, I've been editing my Nvidia panel settings game settings. It has been a bit better but not much. In-game with max 90 fps. While, I should be able to hit way way more than that. 4060 with Ryzen 9

I have also been trying to solve this problem for 6 days now. But not one of the methods mentioned above, the methods I found on the Internet did not help me.

I even decided to install fc 25 on my brother's PC which is almost the same specs as my PC and to my surprise I saw a smooth gameplay without any lag or freezes, the menu also didn't lag at all.

My PC:
Processor: Intel Core i3 9100f
RAM: 16 GB
Video: ASUS GTX 1070

Brother's PC:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: 16 GB
Video: Radeon™ RX 590

Then I decided to swap our video cards, for some reason I was sure that it was her. But I again saw super freezes and lags already in the configuration of my PC, despite the fact that the FPS counter shows a stable 100-105 FPS, but instead of 1070 I inserted a RX 590. Therefore, I cannot understand how the settings in the nvidia panel helped anyone, it is a mystery to me. I assume that it could be that my processor has 4 cores, and the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 has 6. But maybe I'm wrong.

Perhaps they will be able to fix this in future patches of the game.

@gnappo78  Thanks for this bit of info! I'm on Xbox Series X and your comment got me thinking. Last year I had to get my Xbox repaired due to it shutting off randomly apparently when getting too hot. Recently, I've been having severe input lag/delay and occasional packet loss that has gotten worse over the last few months.

I started reading about thermal throttling thanks to your comment and last week I purchased an external fan that also gives a temperature reading of the Xbox. In game menus, I saw that my Xbox got to 130 degrees F. I turned the fan on and played some games. The difference in gameplay lag was noticeable, much better, and my Xbox topped out at about 105 degrees F.

This weekend, I took my Xbox to a local repair shop. They found that the thermal compound had basically all dried out, so they fixed it up. Now my Xbox doesn't run as hot anymore though I'm still using the fan. There is a significant improvement with the input lag. It's not perfect, but it's definitely much better. I've only played for a couple of days so far.

I had tried all types of troubleshooting and had ruled out my Xbox being an issue because I had the same issue with another Xbox One S that I have. That Xbox is old though, so it probably has the same heating issue. What I find strange is that the symptoms are only noticeable with the EA games I played online (FC 24 and FC 25). Warzone, eFootball, Fortnite, and Roblox didn't seem to have any issues. Also, EA FC gameplay is great when not connected to online servers. 🤷🏽‍♂️
