My Account was hacked today, it seems to me that hacking into other peoples Account is the new recent thing to do because EA somehow Take ages to solve the problem and to do the people justice. So Yeah we are all missing a Lot of the recent content 

what did ea say to when spoke to them to me they said it came from a trusted device even tho i did not do it 

@EA_Mako can you please look into my case i really want to play the game again but it just not the same ive already put more than 300£ into the game

I got hacked on the 26th and ea still haven’t helped me recover all my tradeable players and some of my players who cost over 200k? I even had multiple players who were never in my club on my transfer list all sold for 100k+ each and I only had 30/40k coins ?  It ruined my weekend with FUT champs and it’s possibly going to ruin this weekends FUT champs aswell? When will this get sorted ? Will EA give me compensation due to me missing out on rewards/coins? This is unacceptable that we have to miss out on everything due to EA not being secure enough? 
Compensation is expected.

3 weeks ago I was hack had 700 Thousand odd + taken.  took about a week and ea give me coins adding up to what was taken. 
wake up this morning and guess whats happened again thay have taken over a million 

I spoke to some one this morning thay said can’t see no suspicious activity on my account try contacting them in a couple of hours and now I can’t get into chat with anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happend to me now we took my 500k coins and sell all tradeable players . Ea needs to fix quickly...

Hi! The same thing happened to me this morning, incidentally, it happened to me with multi-factor authentication turned on, how could this happen? I didn't give anyone anything to log in, I already changed my password and email address, sent a message to support, no response of course, by morning I sold all my players for sale and the coin that was my PS5 ultimate team account was completely gone. It's quite annoying, I sent pictures because where you can buy back 5 players, they basically sold several pages of players, I took a screenshot photo and sent it, but how can I talk to you on live chat? Even though I wrote, nothing happened, they will contact me later.

I have had the same thing. Hacked three times since release of FC25 and he first two times they fixed it by securig my account and after a while i received coins for missing content and the coins i have lost because of some suspicious activities. The third time was 3 days after i received coins from missing content from teh second time, but when i contacted EA help they said that no suspiciious activities were found and they could not do anything about is. 

My 2 step verification is always on, i didn't receive any email of someone trying to log on to my account or whatsoever. I realy do not understand how this is possible with some random generated password and 2 step verification. I was absolutily fuming speaking to the helpdesk and hear they won't help me. Haven't played a game or opened my companion app ever since. This was already one of the worst versions of the game and with missing all of your good (bought on market) players it's even impossible to play a game anymore.

it happend me 2 months ago, but i never heard anything from ea... never get coins or players back. Or never have an reaction back with more information about my case!

You know my account got hacked the other day and lost almost 15 million worth of coins the other day. Had Base R9, and all of my security measures were on. When I woke up the next day I checked my email just to see “your ea password was changed”, and tried to long in to see that I had “no account”, didn’t even receive a text saying they logged in, honestly I am so mad because I spent so much money on this game and you guys don’t even bother to try and keep the account safe, and let me remind you I have ALL security measures on.
