I have the same issue. Please can someone help.. we pay all this money for games and then you have to spend hours on trying to get it set up..

Please EA and Sony… make the process EASIER !!!!!

As parents we want it to be easy not take hours and hours to do something so simple.. especially given the amounts of money gaming companies make… make your apps and functions better for parents to manage.

I agree, same frustration. Also tried to setup a new user as an older child to remove restrictions and fool the software and now sony and ea have access to my child’s game play and stats… unacceptable.
I don’t like this. Can you and Sony figure this out now? Create a new user to allow a child to play the game they just got for Christmas? WTF… make it easy and fix the bug and don’t shunt people to your horrible faqs and help pages… it ain’t rocket science…
