Re: IN-GAME FREEZING AND LAG

Some troubleshooting steps:

Download and install all available Windows Updates
Turn off the EA app overlay via the three bar menu at top left, Settings, Application, In-game overlay
Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Well i can say is i have played this game twice tonight & i was winning so i thought i would just go on jump to sim,a player got send off first load & i coulded get out of the player selection screen & second time i just went to put a different player on & it happened again,the game just crash's & you can't exit the sub's screen & this is happening alot.What went wrong with ea sports,this is the worse version of the game ever,the bug i've pointed out is just one of many bug's with the game like saying the team has there man(transfer) & it's a woman in the picture,which is comical in it's self as a insult to women's football,EA you need to sort this bug out and stop putting all the updateing in to the ultimate side of the game.
