Re: Missing languages (both text and commentary) over PC version FC25

So based on your last message, are we entitled then to request a Refund for misleading communication? or anyway to get the version of the game that accomodates for the languages we require?
EG: as I posted earlier, it states on the store when purchasing the game that ALL these languages are Avaliable. (This is directly buying over your OWN store - EA APP)
But then when we proceed to install the game, is limited by the "regional language avaliability" so, first this is a mistake on EA's side, and we should get a solution / compensation for this, as we do a purchase under the assumption that this is what we are getting, nowhere in the terms of purchase is stated that some languages might not be avaliable.
Big issue I see is that EA is not taking any responsibility here, have this been discussed internally or have any of you been given instructions on how to proceed? (eg: when contacting EA Support, i might not get a solution for this, because they will not understand the problem, and if we request a refund most likely it will be rejected).
What's the solution for our problem? because we do require A SOLUTION.
