Well i pre ordered the 21 and I haven’t got it

i pre ordered mine 1 week ago. and when i was buying it was saying hero as a bonus but now i didn't received it why ?

Hi, I pre ordered mine on 19th August, yet I’m missing the pre order content on ultimate edition?? Any help please??

So back again I ordered my FC 25 August 3rd 

I did everything what I suppose to do did restarts close applications and not received any Heroy pack and my FC points I fallowed your steps and like its posted in one of the topics (nothing working), just now I received 3 LOAN packs nothing more you can check everything on my account, also I added some screenshots to improve I both game 3rd August

So, what else I need to do to receive my bonus what I supposed to receive already in morning like all regular players received in time, why I need to safer just because your game is glitching????? OFC I'm upset and angry spending 99 euros for your product and not getting stuff in time

Already spend 60 euros more for FC points because my starting team is and can't normal play.... not enjoying your game already ....

PLEASE FIX IT AND GIVE ME MY REWARDS WHAT I PAY FOR

Hi, my hero pack is missing. I pre ordered 18 august. The standard edition

I pre ordered 8/2/24 and have the receipts to verify. I know that I'm not mistaken. I have received no hero or my points.

I purchased fc25 on 15/8/2024 so it’s before 21/8/2024 and i still didn’t receive my hero pack after reaching EA i have got stupid mail to contact the retailer
