Hi I pre ordered ea fc 25 like a month ago for $100 I downloaded the game and received my in game rewards such as the 4,600 fc points but I didn’t receive the hero pick as advertised I hope you can help me with this issue please so that I can receive my fc hero pack thank you and have a nice day !

EDIT: if u have the game from steam, go to library and then click on the game and you will have the redem bonuses.
