I still didn’t get my hero pack in fc25 while I preordered ultimate edition I just got Fifa points but nothing else

yes the same with me, i buy EAFC25 Ultimate Edition and i dont have hero pack idk why.............

I’ve done all this already and still don’t have mine I’ve tried using X to get info from EA help but they just keep repeating the same thing about the 20th deadline but everyone who has this problem pre ordered before the 20th

is telling everyone to contact Nintendo. Playing the game there is obviously some players who received the pre-order bonuses. When is the fix expected. Are we going to offered a refund or compensation for this issue? I paid money to have early access with bonus content, otherwise I would not have paid the extra money
