Re: Missing preorder ultimate edition hero pack

Can you please investigate the pre-order rewards for Nintendo Switch. I didn't get any rewards just like anyone I know playing on switch. We all preordered before August 21th. It said in a message it would be investigated but nothing happened and its not on the investigate site.
