Re: my PS5 console turns off when I play fc25

Ma console est bien a l'air libre, pas renfermé ! Ma console a été nettoyer à l'intérieur du ventilateur etc... le câble d'alimentation à été changer par un câble neuf et la console s'éteint toujours quand je joue à FC25 et sur les autres jeu sa ne le fait pas 

Its not, as ive done all these problems. So it means FC25 is causing it to overheat if thats the case as no other game causes the issue

My console keeps shutting down whenever I load FC25. And I have uninstall & reinstall twice now. What is the solution? 

We need an answer!!! 

have you disconnected the fan, removed it and fully cleaned it aswell as all the vents inside and outside? just blowing on the fans is not sufficient. i fully clean mine once a month.

ITS NOT HE GAME!!! THE PS5 IS OVERHEATING! this happens to me also and everytime it ever has happened I have given my PS5 a full clean inside and out. removed the fan and used a tooth brush to get all the dust out of it including the metal vents inside the ps6 which get blocked with dust! 

Soon has i have done this my PS5 plays FC25 perfectly.

I don't think it's the PS5 because I just got a brand new one, needed one with disk drive. No other game is causing the shutdown except FC25. All software is up to date.

edit - tried the setting changes, hdmi, power... BIG fail EA 🤨

Is this issue still not resolved? I am experiencing the exact same issue. All other games fine but just EAFC 25. Cannot play more than 1 game without it just randomly switching off the console and only restarted with power boot on and off. 

This does not solve the issue and you know it. This issue doesn’t happen with any other game except FC25

I have the same problem, FC25 externally, including Blackops6, PS5, which has no problems at all, FC25 shuts down suddenly, it does not work again unless the power cable is plugged in.

This can't be the solution because heavier games don't overheat and turn off the ps5. Only fc25 does that. 

No. I have a new console and every other game runs smoothly. Including Spiderman 2 which is heavier. Fc 25 is only game that causes my ps5 to overheat 

I can't even get through a game anymore. Have done a full clean. PS5 is in a ventilated area...infuriating.

Its EA problem. But they never solve anything, i had one issue for years and they like here keep telling me some crazy answers. FIX THE GAME!

, I'm having the same problem with this FC26. Only on the PS5 version, and it's the only game it happens to. I'm playing the PS4 version and it works perfectly, but if I try the PS5 version, it shuts off when I start a game.
