@iduran99 Bro, all you have to do is clean an the console well. Use an air spray if you don't want to do disassembly. This turns on the overheating protection of the console.

I have done that 3 times already since the issue started last week. Even opened the areas where the fans are. I have played other games for 2 hours or more and my PS5 is completely fine. I run FC25 for 30-60 minutes and my PS5 shuts off automatically.
