- Davidich211 year agoNew AdventurerBro, did you clean the console well from dust from the inside?
Yes, that is what I meant by opening the console. Even undid the screws to access the internal vents and cleaned them thoroughly, using an air can. Either way, overheating would not cause only one game to crash. I’ve played other games for longer periods of time and the PS5 has not crashed.
I have been having the exact same issue. Playing other games for hours no issue, playing ea fc 25 just randomly loses all power to my console and will only turn back on once power cord is unplugged and put back in. Thought I was going crazy because I couldn’t find anyone else with the same issue, been cleaning my PS5 religiously in the hope to fix it for the last 2 weeks and no help.
- I’m one of the first PS5 owners, and I’ve never had such a bad experience with any FIFA game before. I can’t play any online mode for more than an hour; the PS5 shuts itself off and won’t restart without unplugging the power cord. If Sony is unaware of the damage EA is causing to their console, maybe we should consider writing to the PS5 department directly. Despite so many complaints, EA doesn’t even seem to acknowledge the issue.
I bought my EA last friday and couldnt play 3 games in a row! During the secong match the ps5 loses power and only recover when I unplug the power cord. This is really frustrating!
I removed the HDMI and stand by without success.
Why only EA has this crazy failure?
It's happened on mine also I have taken it apart cleaned both sides out on the fan but it still happens only on fifa can play cod and it doesn't happen
