Re: Online Service disabled - PS4 - EA FC 25

Just spoken to PSN Helpdesk and they have done a complete check on my child's account and there is nothing their end to stop him playing any game, he has access to 18+ games also. They have said it's definitely issue with EA Servers not allowing access due to child's age being in the specific profile. So it's either EA change the child's DOB to access FC25 or sort the problem out in general with the servers. Anyone who wants to contact PSN on 0203 538 2665, they can raise the issue and PSN give a ref number which can be sent to EA to prove that you have spoken to PSN and it's not their issue. CAN SOMEONE FROM EA ACTUALLY COME BACK ON THIS FORUM AND GIVE UPDATES TO US ALL??
