I don't know if this is a fix for everyone. I changed my 'No Limit To FPS' to cap it at 120fps. Usually, I leave no limit on as my monitor is 144hz, so I found that no limit worked well. After the patch, I found that, as per my opening post, my game stuttered. Putting the 120fps cap in the EA menus worked for me and my friend.
Hopefully helps some others till EA finds a proper solution.
Even on 30fps cap its not working with me
@Oikawz19 It is really bad, also during a weekend league too. No response as of yet by EA to say they are looking into the issue.
Happening to me aswell, this company is such a joke, before update i played with no lag no frames, but now every 20 30 second big frame.... Unreal joke of a company....
ALSO just to add to this, I get into games fine, the game then decides to bring up the triangle in the bottom middle of the screen, which sadly only means one thing, it kicks me from the game.
Not only does it not disconnect me from anything it puts me back to the main FC25 menu still connected to the servers.... so not only when I actually by some miracle manage to stay in a game, get these stutters mid-match, I have to deal with potentially being kicked.
I've seen on other threads the same issue, even Nepenthez tweeting about similar issues, EA tweeted saying its PS5 only.... sorry it seems to be PC too!
I am with BT which others have mentioned to be with but had no issues before the patch and nothing but issues since.
There were no issues with any other game, and no packets were lost. The connection was at 900 MB, so it seems to be EA to ISP issues, not ISP to PLAYER issues.
Hopefully, a fix is brought out soon because I can't like many others either play the actual game because of disconnects and stuttering, or now with the MENU lag and connecting to Ultimate Team, it's at a point where I can't even play the game.
- Cross42Bones6 months agoSeasoned Hotshot@xAsh47 The issue has been onging since launch of FC25 and only got worse. EA won't do anything to fix as they just take our money for game. It does take the mickey when the go "ooooh we've changed how the pick 1 of 3 works so that you reveal them one at a time". God knows how much effort they put into doing that instead of fixing the game play / connection issues!
@Cross42Bones I agree, I myself have spent quite a bit of money on now, seemingly a game I can't even play, even the menus have become unplayable. The game was fine for myself until this patch, I feel for those who've had this since launch!
This game is a joke now, I was hoping for it to be fixed before WL but still not. I guess no reward this weekend and no Joao Felix and of course they aren't going to compensate us
- @Oikawz19 That's the big issue we will get 0 compensation for this utter foolery I've put over 600£ into this game to not be able to play it
Be lucky to get any response on the matter before WL ends let alone a fix!
Man after the update game became unplayable.. the freeze and the drop fps are insane. Wtf is happening to this garbage ? Why its getting worse and worse
Its crazy. Hopefully soon they release something to help.

i connect and i dont see the menu nothing only green screen and some animationsI'm on AMD and it's happening to me as well.
