I personally made sure that the problem was caused by Anti-Cheat.
Before the start of the match I enabled recording with Windows Performance Recorder (WPR), played 1 minute (during which there was one strong freeze, and a few more small ones), and then threw this recording into Windows Performance Analyzer (WPA).
You can see from the graph and table (screenshot 1) that when the game is running smoothly, FC25.exe on my PC consumes 60-70% of CPU time. But when eaanticheat.sys is activated, it takes most of the CPU time!
On the 2nd screenshot I have zoomed in on the part where the longest freeze happened in the game, and it shows that eaanticheat.sys at this moment takes up as much as 50% of CPU time, while FC25.exe is left with only ~40%, while the usual necessary for the game consumption on my PC is 60-70%!
I.e. Anti-Cheat takes from the game as much as 20-30% of CPU time, hence the wild freezes!
But EA in any way do not want to admit it, spitting in the face of all PC players who are affected by this problem!
P.S. no optimization of the PC, its settings or reinstallation of video adapter drivers will not help, you can not waste your time on it! It has already been proven in a lot of different ways that the problem is with EAAntiCheat!!!
