Re: Stuttering on PC after the Update?

@AntiCheatWardDon't go trying to blame people's systems now. We can all run the game, what we cannot run is your anticheat (that doesn't even stop cheaters). Some systems can brute force their way past the CPU spikes, many can't. I'm not sure how you cannot replicate the issue because many of my friends with the highest end PCs have seen ntoskrnl spiking their CPU usage, it just isn't enough to make them stutter. No other anticheat I've used is as greedy for CPU usage as yours is; even prior to the patch that has broken the game many were getting stutters, just not as bad.

This problem was brought in by the recent updates so surely you can just look at what you changed? That doesn't even require replicating the issue, just a bit of imagination to say, "Well we changed this so maybe it's causing X."

I'd also like to complain that your anticheat installs to the default installation directory instead of to where I've chosen for the game and EA desktop to install, that's ridiculous. I know for a fact that it runs marginally better off of my SSD, but that's not my default installation directory and I'm not going to change the way my system is set up for this game when you guys should've just had the anticheat actually install to the same location as the game (you know the game which has an anticheat folder in) or my ea desktop app.
