tbh guys, you should forget about this situation getting fixed and start looking for legal options to get a refund.

It's been 3 months now and it's still not fixed? This is crazy! I have to cap my frame rate to 90 so I can have a "playable" experience, slow af but no stutters. I'm on RTX 4050, there should be no issues whatsoever! it happens in lan games too...
