Re: This game has not been released yet

So, I ordered the standard edition of EA FC 25 and then I bought the PlayPro so I could get a heads start this week. Sadly I can't get into the game. Whenever I try to start it in the EA app it says the game hasnt been released yet..

I tried ereything:

1. delete app with revo
2. Delete cache EA app
3. Changed the date in bios
4. Changed the date in control
5. Updated everything (win+drivers)
6. Tried with admin rights
7. Made a new admin to try and start the game

Nothing works for me. I would like to get a refund on my playpro. And don't give me a link where I can request a refund, because when I tried to get a refund, it tells me I can't.
