Community ManagerRe: Unable to sign in to EA servers
Hey @anthrax2101, this can happen if something is blocking your connection. Please restart your console and router and check with your ISP if there are any issues with your network at the moment. Set DNS to Google and enable DMZ for your console.

Change DNS settings.
Go to the internet settings -> network -> set up internet connection -> Wifi/LAN (depending which you are using) -> Select custom -> choose your network (wifi) -> Leave IP Address Settings as automatic -> DHCP leave as do not specify -> DNS Settings choose manual -> and fill in primary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as secondary -> MTU leave as automatic -> Proxy Server leave as do not use -> Test connection.
