Restricted from Online Features’ in FC25 Demo

I’m stuck in a weird limbo with the&nbsp;FC 25 Free Showcase Demo&nbsp;and could really use some help. Here’s my situation:When I try to play the demo on&nbsp;Steam or EA App, I get this error:“This EA account is restricted from accessing any online features. If you believe you’ve received this message in error, please contact customer support.”What I’ve done so far:Double-checked my ban history –&nbsp;totally clean, no violations ever.Reinstalled the demo, cleared cache, tried different platforms… same error.Opened a support case ( #201897546) two days ago. But today, it’s marked as “Resolved”&nbsp;with&nbsp;no reply&nbsp;and&nbsp;no fix.I’m really confused. The demo’s&nbsp;still blocked, and now my case is closed without explanation. Has anyone else experienced this?&nbsp;

Can you continue to the in-game menu and access kick-off and Rush after you click OK on the error message?&nbsp;
The Showcase version includes Learn to Play to Kick-Off with select clubs and Clubs Rush. You can find further information here: https://www.ea.com/en-au/games/ea-sports-fc/fc-25/fc-showcase
