Rivals check account status error

Hi guys hope your well some please help me I go onto fifa last night and go to play rivals it says check account status even tho I have the game pass and it works on other games I uninstall the game I ask chat gbt and done everything it said but I can't work hoe to contact ea as  per usual has anyone got round this issue if so how
