See anti cheat 137 thread and contact the community manager. It’s not a bug all cloud based users are down.

Okay, thank you. It gives an error code 115 at the end of the same message - EA AntiCheat has detected an unacceptable configuration.
Do you happen to know if this is going to be fixed?
I bought the ROG Ally X fresh with no weird stuff on it, purchased the game through EA play. Surprised that even then I am facing so Many issues. :/

  I'm having the exact same issue with my brand new ROG Ally X (same error message shortly after launching Madden 25 or FC 25). I haven't been able to find a solution yet.
