Ronaldinho issue

Hello, there seems to be a problem on my account. I packed Johan cruyff and I sold him. I then received around 6 million coins. So far, I have spent 3 million coins on store packs. I have packed 97 rated Ronaldinho but he is not in my club and I have even checked to see if he is in my quick sell recovery but he isn’t . Can you please give me him back or give me back my 3 million coins .
