When I enter a game and the game ends at FC 25, it instantly kicks me out of Ultimate Team, and when I log back in, it tells me (It looks like you were disconnected from your last online match.Disconnecting from matches affects your “did not finish (DNF)Modifier whitxh reduces the coins you receive from future matches.

Sadly you aren't alone having this issue. Had it multiple times in the last week.

EA have changed something with the connectivity protocols and it's causing these disconnections for no reason that players can see within game.
