Level 1 and 8 bundled rewards have not been distributed when claimed… coin balance remained the same

Happened me to also.
Tried closing down the game and reopening but nothing did you get them ?
- @jagaabee same problem to me today... got the pack but not the 15000 coins...

Nope tried to contact EA But no luck you get sorted

Well now level 16 also gives the packs but not the money. In total with level 8 it's 30000 coins that I didn't get... 😢
There are several other posts on this, the coins are for club, not ultimate team.

Thank you for warning us, in fact I have 470,000 coins in clubs. Everything is now explained.
