Season 6 Weekly Play Objective.

Funnily enough the page isn’t loading up anyone else on the site (typical EA) I have done the season 6 week 1 requirements, but haven’t been given my UT birthday guarantee pack. Does anyone know of any update? I’m only asking on here as when i try and speak to anyone at EA they just tell me to keep an eye on @EAhelp. But I don’t have X! Please tell me I’m not alone in this happening.
