I have claimed 86+ x5 pack as a Lv30 gift.
But I couldn’t find it in my storage.

Do you have any previously saved packs? Where did you check - in game or on App?
Just FYI - Game only shows 30 packs (even after grouping) in game, App will show you all packs.
