Serious Concerns Regarding the Optimization of FC 25 on PC

I'm sending this in here because i couldn't find your support e mail adress.

I am reaching out regarding several pressing issues with your game, specifically with the Ultimate Team game mode, which I play competitively on PC. Allow me to begin by stating that the optimization applied to the PlayStation version appears not to have been similarly implemented for PC, if at all.

While playing in Division Rivals within Ultimate Team, I experience frequent and frustrating lag, stuttering, input delay, and even drastic frame drops. For instance, attempting a sprint boost with the L1 button results in the game freezing and dropping to 1 FPS for about 5 seconds. It is as though I am playing on mud, having to predict my opponent's moves seconds in advance to play defensively, which is highly impractical in a game like FC 25 where instant reactions are crucial. When I concede goals due to these lag issues and cannot make real-time interventions, my frustration reaches a breaking point, and I have found myself throwing my PS5 controller in anger.

Please, do not respond with any potential solutions; rest assured, I have tried every possible option on my end. If I believed the problem could be solved by further adjustments on my side, I would not be reaching out with this email. The lack of optimization for PC has been evident over the past three years, and despite player feedback, no corrective action appears to have been taken. I am a generally calm individual, yet I find myself experiencing moments of anger and frustration due to these persistent issues. I have changed my ISP twice, bought a new computer, switched controllers, and made every recommended software adjustment possible. Yet, the optimization issues with your game remain. Hence, I am compelled to address this matter directly, in the hope that my feedback might prompt necessary improvements.

I am not alone in this experience. Numerous others in my community and across social media have voiced similar concerns about the poor PC optimization of FC 25. If the Steam ratings are any indication, perhaps a survey on your official website could provide even clearer insights. However, I would caution you not to expect much positive feedback if you allow respondents to rate their experience at zero.

Lastly, while I fully anticipate receiving an automated response, I sincerely hope someone on your team reads this email and conveys these concerns to the development team. Addressing this issue could have a considerable impact on the quality of the gameplay experience for your PC user base.
