Settings file issue

Hello, 

i got an issue. When i start EA i can't find my old settings file  that they usually be in the cloud saves, it only appears to me the option to create a new settings file which i'm afraid if my playtime is gone (career mode, ultimate team, clubs ....) 

i was playing normally last time but when i decided to play and i found the  issue.

i hope that my progress in this game didn't disappear
