Single player draft fc 25

I played Fc 25 Single player Draft, Got 3 wins, when i got to the 4th game i played against Man City team where they all bugged out by the corner flag then the game closed and it counted as a loss, it has happend like 4-5 times and its so annoying. 
would love a refund on my token
