Slow motion and heavy why ?

Will you guys at EA sort theses servers out for once and for all the game is unplayable how many times do people have to tell you this. People spend there hard earned money on this game and theres no excuse for this sort of lagg slow and heavy movement but ofc you will probly just ignore this and hope people go away.
