Slowed down account after hours on the companion app

Question

So the other day I was on the app for a few hours trying to get toty players for cheap. After a while the app started to not show prices, started moving slow and was kicking me out. After this my gameplay has been unplayable and I can no longer win, my theory is they have slowed down my account maybe because they think it was being used for suspicious reasons but I was just trying to get the best prices possible. Before they would kick u out and make u verify your account so it can move smoother but this no longer happens. Any help would be much appreciated as the game is no longer playable&nbsp;

Anybody know how to fix this, or get the cache to come up to prove you are human?

You theory makes sense. The gameplay was okay for a while until I spent a few hours on the market. Now my input delay is crazy. Every single move, even with the quickest players feels heavy and unresponsive.

This is not right is there something we can do about this? We have bought the game and they slowed us down for being on the transfer market. I’ve gone from elite to almost being in division 3 losing all games. Just because they can’t tell wether it’s a bot account or not

I'm afraid the development team seems unable to handle this. Even basic performance and crash issues are still unsolved since the release.

Before it would give us a captcha to solve and that would get the game performing again but I’m not sure how to get it
