Slowed down account after hours on the companion app

So the other day I was on the app for a few hours trying to get toty players for cheap. After a while the app started to not show prices, started moving slow and was kicking me out. After this my gameplay has been unplayable and I can no longer win, my theory is they have slowed down my account maybe because they think it was being used for suspicious reasons but I was just trying to get the best prices possible. Before they would kick u out and make u verify your account so it can move smoother but this no longer happens. Any help would be much appreciated as the game is no longer playable
