Thanks for the additional information! Can we see if the following steps help us?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
If you continue running into issues, would it be possible to grab a DxDiag file?
