Squad battles crashing

This has happened again, winning the game, then it crashes, resulting in me loosing the necessary points to advance in squad battles levels. Fix the problem and refund the lost points to my account, in an ideal world this would happen, but in FC25 world, it won’t, you take peoples hard earned cash and give them a game  which is faulty and has been for many years, 20013 I played FIFA/FC?? religiously and the same issue occurs time and time again, but yet I still come back for more, but this year is my last and it’s about time I accepted that EA is not a company that cares about it’s customers, if I purchased a product that was faulty the moment I began to use it, I would take it back and get a refund and the manufacturer would honour that, but not EA it just takes and takes, and gives nothing back for a faulty product.
