Steam - Standard Edition Preorder bonus material not given

Hi. I pre-ordered the standard edition on Steam and my bonus material has not been given in game (i.e. the Clubs coins). I checked  my Steam library and there is no button to redeem it.  The DLC page...

    You will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information to take a further look.  

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select EA Sports FC 25
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

This is the response I just received from EA help. It's the 2nd time I got this same, canned response. I'm not even asking about a Hero item. Do they even read the email? Please help.

We looked into missing rewards in EA SPORTS FC™ 25 and confirmed that everyone who pre-ordered the game before August 21, 2024 at 4 p.m. UTC can find their Untradeable Hero Player Item in-game.

If you pre-ordered before this date and

haven’t gotten this item, contact the retailer you bought the game from for

help. 

EA Advisors can’t grant this content to your

account.
