Strand-Based Hair Not Rendering Properly in EA Sports FC 25 (PS5)

I have encountered an issue where strand-based hairstyles on custom players do not render properly during gameplay. The hair appears static, with no realistic movement or proper texture detail. However, it renders correctly in Edit Player mode and sometimes during cutscenes or replays. This affects multiple hairstyles, including Hairstyle #83 and several others.

The problem persists across all matches and modes, and it doesnt improve after clearing the PS5 cache, adjusting resolution settings, or reinstalling the game. I have also confirmed that other players are experiencing the same issue.
