Stuck in a loop trying to change my team Name in Clubs

After a few hours I'm unable to even play a drop-in or rush game in Clubs because of this issue. Is there really no EA rep that can help me? Clubs is the only game mode I'm interested in and without it I might as well request a refund. Also, is it possible to add a video clip of the issue I'm experiencing? I think a video clip will show just how bad the issue really is. Thanks in advance.
