Stuck in splash screen for a few days

Hello guys, i can’t play the game cause I can’t see the menu.. am stuck in splash screen.. tried some stuff like running the game as administrator, repair files and even uninstall the game install again but still have the same problem I don’t know what to do.. I have the game on steam.
